Dear Bancroft Middle School Community,

It is with great joy and heartfelt enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Hubert Howe Bancroft Middle School—home of the Cougars since 1929!

Over the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of serving the Bancroft community alongside our extraordinary students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. These years have provided some of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Together, we have built a strong foundation rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to student success. Above all, this community has shown me the power of leading with passion, joy, and a belief in the limitless potential of our students.

As I step into this new role, I do so with deep respect for our school’s rich legacy and a bold vision for its future. My focus will remain on cultivating a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous school environment where all students feel encouraged, supported, and inspired to thrive. At the heart of this new chapter is our collective strength as a community, and I look forward to working together to continue advancing excellence at Bancroft.

Es con gran alegría y entusiasmo que me presento como el nuevo Director de la Escuela Secundaria Hubert Howe Bancroft, ¡hogar de los Cougars desde 1929!

Durante los últimos 14 años, he tenido el privilegio de servir a la comunidad de Bancroft junto a nuestros extraordinarios estudiantes, personal dedicado y familias solidarias. Estos años me han brindado algunas de las experiencias más gratificantes de mi carrera. Juntos, hemos construido una base sólida basada en la confianza, la colaboración y el compromiso compartido con el éxito estudiantil. Sobre todo, esta comunidad me ha demostrado el poder de liderar con pasión, alegría y una firme creencia en el potencial ilimitado de nuestros estudiantes.

Al asumir este nuevo cargo, lo hago con profundo respeto por el valioso legado de nuestra escuela y una visión audaz para su futuro. Mi enfoque seguirá siendo fomentar un ambiente escolar seguro, inclusivo y académicamente riguroso, donde todos los estudiantes se sientan motivados, apoyados e inspirados a prosperar. En el centro de este nuevo capítulo está nuestra fortaleza colectiva como comunidad, y espero con entusiasmo trabajar juntos para seguir impulsando la excelencia en Bancroft.
