Dear Bancroft Middle School Community,

It is with great joy and heartfelt enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Hubert Howe Bancroft Middle School--home of the Cougars since 1929!

Over the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of serving the Bancroft community alongside our extraordinary dedicated staff, and supportive families. These years have provided some of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Together, we have built a strong foundation rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to success. Above all, this community has shown me the power of leading with passion, joy, and a belief in the limitless potential of our students.

As I step into this new role, I do so with deep respect for our school's rich legacy and a bold vision for its future. My focus will remain of cultivating a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous school environment where all students are encouraged, supported, and inspired to thrive. At the heart of this new chapter is our collective strength as a community, and I look forward to working together to continue advancing excellence at Bancroft.
